Terms governing the use of Torkk rides, services and platform. Effective September 2026.
Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Torkk rides, services and platform, operated by BLACKORIGINX PRIVATE LIMITED. Effective date: September 2026.
Definitions
Torkk means the platform; Customer or Rider means a person booking a service; Driver Partner means an independent driver or vehicle operator; Services include Bike, Auto, Cab, EV Cab, XL Cab, Scheduled Rides and Parcel.
Customer and rider terms
Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials, follow Driver Partner instructions, treat people respectfully and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Driver Partner terms
Driver Partners must maintain valid licences, permits, insurance and vehicle documents, follow safety requirements and provide accurate trip information.
Ride booking and scheduled rides
Bookings are requests subject to availability. Scheduled rides are confirmed when shown in the app and may be affected by traffic, availability or safety conditions.
Fare, payment and cancellation
The app displays applicable fares, waiting charges and cancellation rules before confirmation where available. Payments may be made through supported methods or directly to a Driver Partner when offered.
Safety during and after rides
Use seatbelts and helmets where applicable, share trip details, report incidents promptly and contact support@torkk.in for help after a ride.
Parcel services
Parcel items must be lawful, safely packed and accurately described. Torkk may refuse restricted, dangerous or inadequately packed items.
Subscriptions, passes and Torkk Coins
Any passes, subscriptions or Torkk Coins are governed by the terms displayed at purchase and may have expiry, usage or refund conditions.
Liability and prohibited activities
Do not misuse the platform, create fraudulent accounts, interfere with service operations, carry prohibited items or infringe another person’s rights. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and dispute resolution
Torkk may suspend access for safety, fraud, legal or policy reasons. These Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes follow applicable legal process in India.
