Driver Partners and Vendor Partners may provide location details, call and SMS details, government identification, licenses, KYC and vehicle documents, background-check information and verification selfies.

Torkk may collect trip details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, distance, payment transaction information, location data, usage information, device information, cookies, support interactions, ratings, reviews and comments. Location collection depends on your role, permissions and app status, and is used to improve pick-up, safety, trip tracking, support and fraud prevention.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and improve Services, verify identity, process requests and payments, show trip history, personalize the Platform, provide support, send service announcements, detect fraud and security breaches, enforce Terms, analyse performance, comply with legal requests, and communicate relevant offers or rewards.
